PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks are also accepted but shipment is held until check is received. If you prefer to give your info. by phone, place your order online leaving the billing info blank. I will contact you by phone.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or first class mail at the best rate available. Shipping charges that appear on your order are estimates. It is more accurate to refer to yards ordered price scale below.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
U.S. orders exceeding $200 will be shipped FREE. All orders will go USPS Priority flat rate mail. Flat rate envelopes hold up to about 7 yards of fabric and cost about $5.00 for postage and packaging. Regular flat rate boxes hold about 24 yards at $10 per box. Large flat rate boxes hold up to about 40 yards and cost $13.50. THESE ORDERS ARE OFTEN OVER $200 AND SHIP FREE.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail International. Flat rate envelopes hold about 7 yards of fabric and cost $11 to Canada and Mexico and $13 to other countries. Up to 14 yards will be divided into 2 envelopes at $11 or $13 each.
Flat rate boxes hold 24 yards and cost $26 to Canada or Mexico and $42 to other countries.
Larger flat rate boxes hold 38-40 yards and cost $33 to Canada or Mexico and $54 to all other countries. If requested on your order form, I will email you with exact shipping cost prior to shipping.

INSURANCE:
While we cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, insurance may be added at your request (at an additional charge usually under $5).

STORE POLICIES:
Please contact us immediately if there is any error in your order. Sales are final after 21 days, unless prior notification of an error has been made.

We cannot offer refunds on fabric, kits, patterns, or books. We make a serious effort to represent our fabrics in correct scale and color.

Large orders may be delayed until payment sources have been verified.

PRIVACY POLICY:
